This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected and used on this portfolio: portfolio.tnaado.ca, operated by TNAADO Inc. (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), and portfolio.tnaado.com, operated by TNAADO Labs, Inc. (Miami, Florida, USA). Both hostnames serve the same static site from one codebase and collect data the same way, described below.

This is a portfolio site. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, and does not sell anything directly. The only data collected is analytics about how the site is used, and only after a visitor consents.

When a visitor accepts analytics cookies, two things load, together and only then:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — standard pageview and interaction events (page visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, referring site), reported into one GA4 property shared by both hostnames.
• A first-party pageview beacon — a minimal pageview record (page path, referrer, timestamp) sent from portfolio.tnaado.ca only to TNAADO Inc.'s own collector at site.tnaado.ca, which stores it in a Canada-hosted database. portfolio.tnaado.com does not have a matching collector, so on that hostname GA4 is the only analytics.

Nothing else is collected. There are no forms on this site, no newsletter sign-up, no cart, and no account of any kind. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) to render the page's typefaces; this is a static asset request and is not gated behind the analytics consent described in Section 4.

Analytics data is used only to understand which pages of the portfolio are visited and how, so the site can be kept accurate and improved over time. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and this site does not run any advertising of its own — there is no ad pixel and no ad network tag anywhere on this domain.

A banner asks every new visitor to accept or decline analytics before anything in Section 2 loads. The choice is stored as a single first-party record in your browser's local storage (not a tracking cookie itself) and expires after one year, at which point you are asked again. If you decline, or never respond, no GA4 request and no beacon request is ever sent.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer of any page, which reopens the banner. This site sets no cookies of its own beyond that local consent record; it does not use any cookie to keep you signed in, because there is nothing to sign in to.

Data is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's advertising. The only recipient of analytics data is:

• Google LLC, as the processor operating Google Analytics 4, under Google's own data-processing terms.

The first-party pageview beacon described in Section 2 is not shared with a third party; it stays inside TNAADO Inc.'s own infrastructure. This site may link out to other websites, including client and partner sites shown in the portfolio itself; those sites are operated by others and this Policy does not cover them.

GA4 data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention configuration for this property. First-party beacon records are retained only as long as needed for basic traffic analysis and are not kept indefinitely. Declining or withdrawing consent stops new data from being collected; it does not retroactively delete data already reported to Google, which is deleted from Google's systems on Google's own retention schedule.

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask what data is held about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or to withdraw consent to its collection going forward. Visitors in Canada may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; this site's Canadian data collection is handled under PIPEDA. To exercise any of these rights or ask a question, contact us using the details in Section 10.

Google Analytics processes data on Google's global infrastructure, which may be located outside Canada or the United States. TNAADO's own first-party beacon data stays on infrastructure located in Canada.

If what this site collects or how it is used changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change with it.
